- Fixed an error when activating new accounts on ControlScan the email address was not being sent

- Added detailed invoice/contract in automatic emails that are all sent from MX Merchant when a payment is made on an invoice/contract
- Fixed an error when merchants process payment links with a bitmap logo the transaction throws an error
- Added an attachment feature to invoices. Allowing merchants to add or remove files from their invoice
