How do I change my email or password?

To edit your email address, mobile number, change your password or modify two-step authentication, click on the User icon at the top right of the menu bar. Click Edit to the right of the Current Team Member. Make the desired edits and click alt text >

How do I void or refund a payment?

To access a payment, select the Payments tab on the left-hand menu. Locate the desired payment and click on the Reference link to access payment details. Payment actions are located on the bottom right corner of payment details. Payment actions vary depending on payment status.

What are the Status icons on the payment grid?

alt text < An authorized but not settled Payment.

alt text < A settled payment. This payment can be a sale or refunded. If the payment is a sale it can be refunded.

How do I send a receipt?

Receipts are sent from Payments. Select Payments on the left-hand menu. Locate the desired payment and click on the Reference link. Payment actions are located on the bottom right of the detail. Select Receipt and follow the prompts to email, text or print a receipt.

#How do I add a user? ![alt text](https://files.readme.io/e33afc0-addTeamMember.png "addTeamMember") MX™ Merchant refers to users as “Team Members”. To access a list of team members go to Settings -> Team Members. Click in the upper right to add a new team member. On the main Team Member screen, you can also edit, delete and set team members to inactive by clicking on the member you like to update.

How do I restrict a user to only one of my merchant accounts?

A team member/user initially inherits access from the Administrator of the merchant account. To update the location access for a specific user click on Settings on the left menu, then click on the Team tile. Select the username of the user you want to update. On the pop up click Advanced, under locations turn the toggle to No and click Edit to update the locations you would like the user to have access to, then click Save.

How do I set up a custom, batch Auto-Close time?

All batches close at 4 AM EST. If you wish to close your batch at another time, go to Settings on the left-hand menu and select Payments. Enter the time you wish to close your batch and click Save at the bottom of the screen.

What is Advanced data on a payment and is it required?

The Advanced data setting allows MX™ Merchant to send additional data to the card issuer which may result in reduced fees on Purchasing, GSA, Business, or Corporate card payments. Advanced data is not required.
