Receivable Aging

This is a very powerful report, it shows every customer that has an outstanding balance on an invoice (or invoices) as well as how many days outstanding and the amount within each range. You can quickly pull this report to see your total outstanding payments and which customer is the biggest contributor to that outstanding total. The day outstanding ranges are as follows:

  • 0-30 days
  • 31-60 days
  • 61-90 days
  • 90+ days

At the top of the report, you will see a summary which gives you a sum of the total amount due that falls within each range listed above. The total in green found in the upper right represents the amount of all outstanding invoices combined

Receivable Forecast

Wouldn't it be great to plan for the future? We thought so too, that's why we created the Receivable Forecast report. This report uses the current recurring plans/contracts that you have set up on your account and forecasts based on the schedule for each contract, how much money you will receive for the time period selected. Not only does it forecast it for you but it tells you the customers name, the plan template that they are using, start date of the contract, actual money collected from the plan and the number of occurrences that have actually been processed, as well as the estimated receivables and estimated number of occurrences based on the time period you selected.

The report takes it to another level, it also shows you a total of all estimated and all actual payments so you don't have to do any calculations.
